Autumn Tasting Menu

Savor autumn at the table. With the new seasonal version of our tasting menus, Chef Angelo Pumilia draws inspiration from the September garden to create new flavor experiences.

The autumn garden is a spectacle, and a great source of inspiration for our chef, Angelo Pumilia. Using the fresh ingredients of the new season, he reimagines the successful 2024 menus: Garden, Autumn, and Casa Planeta. Now with an exciting addition: a dedicated 4-wine pairing for each menu, included in the price!

Dates:

Autumn, debuting on October 8, is inspired by classic seasonal ingredients, reinterpreted and presented with a fresh, creative twist.
Garden, on October 16, is a menu inspired by the land and the seasonal produce from our garden during this time of year.
Casa Planeta, on October 24, revisits traditional family recipes that were cherished during this season.
