Four hands dinner with Johann Lafer

October kicks off with a special four-hand dinner. On October 1st, our resident chef Angelo Pumilia will “engage in dialogue” on sustainability in the kitchen and the origins of ingredients with Johann Lafer, one of Germany’s most renowned chefs and a TV celebrity.

With two Michelin stars for his restaurant Le Val d’Or and a series of media successes, Lafer is currently exploring northwestern Sicily for a special report, and we are thrilled to welcome him to La Foresteria.
